SPDs (Sales Presentation Document) are generated from B3 – please see here for further information. Sales copy guidelines are also available to instruct editors on exactly what is expected in each section.

Please ensure you follow this naming convention when you save your SPDs
(e.g. ‘Pre-fix’ _ ‘Title’ _ SPD (eg.  Lf_Try It! 15 Minute Fitness_SPD))

Pre-fix for each category

  • 0-9      for 0-9
  • 9+       for Knowledge 9+
  • Kn     for Knowledge
  • Lf      for Life
  • Lic    for Licensing
  • RG   for Rough Guides
  • Tr    for DK Travel

Title

The title should be the full title of the book (please do not use abbreviations!)
